On date 7-11-2020, there was an addition of subclause (d) in clause 14 of Article 5 of the SETSU constitution.
The proposal was made by Utsav Kumar Jha (Organising Secretary, SETSU (2019-2020)) for addition of that clause in SETSU’s constitution and got far more than 2/3rd votes of the general students.

As per the new clause added, now the “Executive chairman shall maintain a book of records of all the fines collected and shall take the signature of the fine payer and his/her signature along with the reason of the fine in the record book while collecting fines.“
